Asthma Symptom
When it comes to asthma, it can be very serious; in fact,
the symptoms can be very scary for those who are having their
first attack. Of course, if you do not seek treatment you may
find that it gets worse, but when it comes to kids, they
usually tend to grow out of it. When it comes to asthma, you
have to think about your safety and try not to push yourself
too hard.
The first sign or symptom of asthma is wheezing. This may
occur in the night or morning and it can get worse because of
the weather. In fact, cold air can make your asthma worse. That
is why many people with asthma move out west for the dry air.
You can also begin to wheeze when you exercise. If you are
overweight, you will wheeze when you get back into exercise,
however, if you continue to work out and it does not go away or
your breathing is expanded, then you should consult your
doctor, because you may have asthma. An attack can also come
from acid reflux.
You may need to keep an eye on your acid reflux if you know
that you are asthmatic. The thing is that anything can set off
your asthma. You can find that your allergies can send you into
an attack. You just will become suddenly alarmed. The key is to
remain calm when in an asthma attack. If you can you, should
get your mediation or inhaler or seek immediate medical
attention. In fact, there are signs and symptoms for when you
need to go to the ER for help.

Some of the emergency symptoms include extreme loss of
breath. If you notice a change in color of your lips or
face, you need to get to the hospital immediately. If you
are having a severe anxiety attack over your asthma attack,
meaning, if you can't remain calm then you need to go to
the hospital so that they can give you oxygen and an
injection to help you. Another thing is if you wake up and
not only are you in an attack, but you are also sweating
and your heart rate is rapidly increasing.
This is when you need to call immediately for help. Also,
some people tend to lose consciousness during an attack and you
need to with someone at all times if you tend to. This way you
can get the immediate medical attention that you require.
However, you may also feel things like abnormal breathing,
chest pain, nasal flaring, and may cough up blood. At this
point, you need to seek the medical attention of a doctor and
go to the ER room to help you with your asthmas.
