rejuvenate ourselves and engage ourselves in other activities.
Like a machine needs maintenance after some time, similarly our
mind also needs a change. During the course of our life we
completely neglect enjoyment and relaxation. Actually if we see
then these two factors are the most important things to
rejuvenate ourselves.

So without worsening the situation further, it is necessary
that we deal with the problem and prevent it from aggravating
further. Taking timely rests and involving in one’s favorite
activities are some of the most effective measures to deal with
the problem of nervous breakdown.
